FAQ

• How do I put stickies on my site?
  Register and then wait for our email which provides the installation instructions. Basically, you need to add a script into your site's HTML.
• What software is needed for stickies?
  Your visitors need the Flash browser plugin to add and view stickies. Sticky runs via javascript.
• Will I know when a visitor has added a note?
  Yes. If you supply a notification email address in your definition, we will send you an email. It will contain a link to the Sticky Manager - just enter your password to manage notes.
• How do I manage stickies?
  Use the Sticky Manager. Along with your site name, you will need your email address and password.
• How do I delete stickies?
  Use the Sticky Manager, or respond to the email that was sent when someone created a sticky.
• Who can edit stickies?
  Stickies that were just created can be editted and deleted by the creator. We just use the current IP address to recognize the "creator".
• Can notes be rearranged?
  If the note has not been "locked" then anyone can move it around. Notes created specifically for your site should be locked via [x] Locked on the sticky.
